Marty did an amazing job installing our new induction oven and range hood, and also supplied and installed an air conditioning unit in our living room. Great work from an experienced trades person. Highly recommend!

As tenants in a commercial property, we were left waiting for months for the landlord and agents to action our simple request of having a working air conditioner installed in our shop and removing quite a large, old unit. Marty came through with what I can imagine a reasonable quote for them, and inspected the building more than once (on a Saturday). His communication with us was thorough and his approach to help us was genuine. Once Marty and his team did the mammoth job of both removing the old unit and replacing a new one in a different location (not at all an easy feat considering the layout of our somewhat inaccessible building), they had the new unit up and running in no time. Unfortunately due to a warranty issue, the system did cease working after a couple of times, however Marty worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and replace the missing parts. There was some wait time on the manufacturer's end during a dreaded heatwave, however Marty to the rescue again - he loaned us one of HIS OWN units to temporarily cool down our shop, customers and stock (living plants & fresh flowers) during this time. Lifesaver! Once the parts had come through, Marty had everything back up and running before we'd opened the shop for the day. As commercial tenants who were feeling unheard and utterly fed up, we are so grateful for Marty's genuine concern, work ethic and clear communication throughout.
